☆ RULES & TERMS OF SERVICE ☆

Note: An extra ~+10% fee will be added to total purchase due to PayPal transfer fees.
1. Strict NO REFUND policy.
2. Commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (etc. Twitch, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
3. Payment is only through Paypal or Gcash.
4. Art illustrations commissions MAY NOT be resold to a third party.
5. Commissions MAY NOT be printed or sold as merchandise. Please contact minnaehyun at [email protected] for commercial inquiries.
6. HALF or FULL PAYMENT is required for me to start drawing.
7. The Artist is NOT responsible for any changes after the work has been approved. If additional changes are requested post approval, there may be an additional charge.
8. I will contact you when I open commissions and throughout the process to show you the work in progress.
9. Regarding the deadline, please give me 3 to 4 weeks to work on your piece. I am currently a student so it may take a little longer. Thank you for understanding.
10. Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction. The final work will be sent via email or Google Drive.
11. Please provide a clear photo reference.
12. I only do Digital illustration (no physical copy) with 2080x2080 canvas (size may vary upon request), full resolution image at 350 dpi, and high-quality jpeg/png unless otherwise specified.
13. These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
14. I reserve the rights over the final artwork (meaning I can post them to my gallery/portfolio/ Social Media).
15. I have the right to decline a commission request without justification.
16. You have the right to use the final image for personal use (ie. print it yourself BUT NOT to SOLD THEM TO OTHERS).
17. You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties. Unless discussed, all commissions are assumed to be for personal use, NOT commercial use.
18. I, as the artist, may use any images of the commission for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
19. The client may display the commission publicly as long as proper credits are prominently displayed (@minnaehyun).
20. The commission will not be started until the agreed payment of 50% or 100% the amount has been received.
21. DO NOT file chargebacks under any circumstances.
22. I will NOT take on commissions that have:
- strict or short deadlines; and
- if the client is not flexible on deadlines.
23. Payment for background illustration is SEPARATED. Additional 5-15 USD for the background depending on its complexity. Note that any SOLID COLOR is FREE
24. For commercial use, there will be additional fees , please let me know beforehand.
25.Commissioned artworks may be reuploaded/reposted with proper credit (art by @ minnaehyun)
26. I may stream your commission piece, post them on my social media, or use them as commission samples (everything will be watermarked fully). If you prefer me not to, please let me know when you order!
27. Every additional character (more than 2 ppl) will be an extra x2 the original price per person.
28. Who ever pays first will be the first on the commission list. You can reserve a slot pay paying half price/ Full payment..
